Heir Information

If you have been contacted by our office or by one of our partners as a potential heir to an estate, you may be entitled to an inheritance. 

Most of the probate cases we work on are referred to us through either probate lawyers and fiduciaries throughout the country, or as a result of relationships we maintain with individual contractors who scour the courts or unclaimed asset funds. 

Your prospective interest in these matters are normally handled on a contingent fee basis. Heirs are never asked to pay “out of pocket” expenses  for any reason. If you don’t receive an inheritance, our firm receives no compensation. This is an arrangement that should only result in your benefit.
